Payment
You can pay for your cool stuff online with a credit card or PayPal or by postal mail with a check or money order:
1. PayPal: Electronic transfers, eChecks, and credit cards are accepted through this online service. We can accept credit cards through PayPal more cheaply than with a traditional merchant account. This helps us keep those non-fancy prices.
2. Credit Cards: PayPal processes credit card transactions for us, but you don't have to sign up for a PayPal account to pay with a credit card! We do not have a merchant account of our own, so we are unable to take credit card numbers over the phone.

3. Check or Money Order: The easiest way to prepare a mail order is to use the shopping cart system. Once you've selected all the cool stuff you want, pick your shipping zone and US state (if applicable) so that the cart can determine the shipping costs for you. Our shipping cost is based on the weight of the items, so using the cart is really the only way to figure out the right amount. Then you can print the shopping cart page by using your browser's Print option. It will be easier for us to read and less work for you, too! Be sure your name and shipping address appear on the page.
Alternatively, you can print out the order form and fill it in. Please PRINT your order, to be sure we know what you want! You will still need to use the shopping cart to determine the shipping cost.

Shipping
We ship via the United States Postal Service's First-Class or Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders. Within the US we can also ship USPS Parcel Post or Express Mail, or any service offered by FedEx or UPS by special arrangement. To request speedy shipping, send an email to Orders@SkyBluePink.com. For RUSH orders, see below. No COD orders.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, as this seems the fairest way. We tried very hard to make them accurate, but with the complexities of shipping these days, it isn't easy. So all shipping costs added by the cart are approximate until we can process and weigh your items. In some cases, particularly with heavy orders going overseas, we may need to request more postage, negotiated via e-mail.
Sometimes there will be extra postage costs to refund. On the cart page is your refund option; select either Surprise Goodies or PayPal. We are not out to make money on shipping!
We usually ship within 1 week, but sometimes there is a longer delay. Please state any deadlines in the shopping cart message box. Online orders will receive an e-mail confirmation when the order is received and another e-mail when it ships. Snail mail orders that include an e-mail address will also receive these e-mail confirmation messages.
RUSH Orders
We are willing to accommodate requests for same day RUSH orders if possible, and can ship them by USPS Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx, as you wish. This must be arranged by email, as the shopping cart cannot determine the shipping costs nor if sufficient stock is on hand to complete the order. Orders@SkyBluePink.com
RUSH orders under $25 will incur a $5 service charge because they entail an inordinate amount of time to process, especially those sent via UPS or FedEx. If we can accomplish your order during our normal USPS Mail Run, there will not be an extra fee.
All rush orders must be paid in full prior to filling and shipping.
Taxes & Handling
We charge 6.5% sales taxes on orders shipped to Ohio. We do not add a "handling" charge. Handling orders is our business!
Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days of shipping, but must be pre-approved. Email us with all the details and we will assist you. Orders@SkyBluePink.com
- All returned items must be in salable condition and in the original manufacturer's undamaged packaging. The exception is if the item was defective when received by you.
- We do not accept returns on books, cut Punchinella and ribbons, focus cards, or transparency sheets.
- Returns will be given either store credit or a refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
International Orders
Due to the high costs associated with cashing checks or money orders from foreign countries, international orders must be made online using a credit card or PayPal account. We accept online payments from all countries approved for PayPal. See the International Accounts page at PayPal for more information. (This link opens in a new browser window.)
The shopping cart adds approximate shipping costs for the various countries shown in the dropdown list. The countries listed as "UK and Western Europe" include: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland (Eire), Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and all the Scandinavian countries. Please e-mail us if you need to make special arrangements for international shipping: Orders@SkyBluePink.com. International shipping will be billed at cost and overpayments will be refunded via Surprise Goodies or PayPal.
We have a firm policy of always filling out the US Customs forms truthfully. Being honest with our customers is part of who we are and they appreciate it. Being honest with the government is no different. Please don't ask for packages to be marked as gifts.

Figure shipping costs by using the shopping cart. Be sure your name and address are on the form! Then mail it to the address below.

Gift Certificates
We now offer electronic Gift Certificates. You can purchase a Gift Certificate for anyone with an email address. Just fill in their name and email address, pick the amount you would like to give, and enter a message for the recipient. The Gift Certificate will show up in your shopping cart and you then check out as usual. We send them an email announcing your generous gift and giving full instructions on how to redeem it.

Special Services
Have a Secret Sister or Secret Buddy? We handle all sorts of Secret Presents. Your order will be shipped to their address with no hint of the real sender, just a small card with your message. There is no charge for this service. Just tell us about your needs in the message box on the shopping cart and put their address in the Delivery Address section when you check out. We love a good conspiracy! Gift wrapping is available for $2.00; see below to order.
Need a Birthday Present or other Special Gift sent directly to a friend? We will include a plain card with your name and good wishes. No invoice will be included. There is no charge for this service. Just tell us what you need in the message box on the shopping cart and put their address in the Delivery Address section when you check out. Gift wrapping is available for $2.00; see below to order.
Gift WrappingWe can Gift Wrap your purchases for $2.00. Any special instructions and a message for the card should be entered in the message box on the shopping cart when you check out.
